I’m Michael! I am passionate about entertaining and conveying thought-provoking messages through art. I am a big believer in working with a positive attitude and a huge smile. I thrive in teamwork environments: supporting, encouraging and lifting everyone up so they can bring out their best selves.
I have always enjoyed creating and editing photos and videos. I learned how to use tools and softwares on my own, and my passion became a business. To hone my skills I took a course in Studio 6B. As a freelance designer I designed posters, banners, posts and social media animations for several businesses and over 50 events. My proudest moment was designing the campaign for Wigstock 2019 drag show, where my work was printed and hung all over Tel-Aviv.
For the past 7 years I have been performing, producing events and creating content as a drag queen. My biggest achievement was my monthly show CROSS, which broke ticket selling history in Israel. I perform on public stages and in private events. I produce and direct shows, photoshoots and video shoots. I create content and promote events on social media - on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
Managing online communities is one of my passions. It has taught me how to read the audience and tailor content accordingly. My most meaningful achievement is managing the Facebook group “RuPaul’s Drag Race - Israel” with over 5k members over the last 8 years. I got a lot of opportunities because of the group such as performing in great drag events featuring performers from abroad.
Education: Graphic Design, 6B Studio (2018 - 2019)
In order to get better at my craft, I took a graphic design course. It improved my skills and enriched me with knowledge about composition, typography, presentation skills, developing a concept from a client brief, creating promotional digital and print campaigns, branding and designing digital products.
